Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your YaHIGHNESS 420 purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer_service@yahighness420.com with your order number and details about the items you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the items.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping costs.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the date of purchase.
2. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at customer_service@yahighness420.com with your order number and details about the items you wish to exchange. Our team will provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions on how to exchange the items.
3. Exchange Shipping
We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item(s) to you.
